Originally from Brittany, Alexandre perfected his skills for five years alongside the renowned chef Christophe Hay at "La Maison d'à côté" in Montlivault, where they jointly earned a second Michelin star. Passionate about local produce, Alexandre is committed to bring out the best in the region's products in each of his creations.
