Discover the sweet excellence of Hotel Chais Monnet & Spa with our talented pastry chef, Alexandre Mornet. Originally from Brittany, Alexandre perfected his skills for five years alongside the renowned chef Christophe Hay at "La Maison d'à côté" in Montlivault, where they jointly earned a second Michelin star. Passionate about local produce, Alexandre is committed to bring out the best in the region's products in each of his creations.
